There are two IOM share plans – you can choose either or both.
Save between £5 and £100 a month straight from your pay, after tax
Choose between three or five-year plans
We put the money away in a savings account – and you get interest too
At the end of the plan, you can use your savings to buy shares in NatWest
The price you pay is set at the start, and includes a 20% discount
If the share price has fallen, you can get your money back in full

ShareSave 2023 is closed
Invest between £5 and £150 a month straight from your pay
The plan doesn’t have an end date, but you need to keep the shares for five years to keep the tax breaks
The money is taken from your pre-tax salary, so you’re saving income tax and National Insurance each month
There's no capital gains tax when you come to sell your shares
You’ll get paid any dividends we choose to pay to our shareholders, either as cash or extra shares
